So you want to book me do you?
Booking is easy....
To
book me you need to first register as a customer using the registration
link below. This will gather your basic contact details, name, address,
phone number etc.. You will also be emailed Client Account login
details (ID and Password). Then simply login and complete the booking
form and pay the deposit. I work on a first come first severed basis
(can't spell served) i.e. no reserving dates. As soon as I have your
completed booking form and cleared deposit funds, I will then confirm
in writing to you that the date is safe and you are book in.
When completing the booking form online, all I need at this point are the basic information bits and some details about the timings and venues should you know them, don't worry if you don't but I will need the actual date obviously.
The booking deposit is £500, this will secure the date for you and contract your booking with me. I will send you confirmation in a few days time (I'm not always in the office as it were, out shooting and stuff)... Today, I will take the deposit via credit/debit card, however the balance when it becomes due a few weeks prior to the wedding date can be paid via, cash, cheque or our preferred method, bank internet transfer.... I am also happy to put together a payment schedule if you would prefer to pay by instalments with the final payment being made prior to the wedding.
As I am a professional photographer and make my living through my photography business only, I need to have certain business terms upon which your booking with me is dependent upon. Use this link to view them.... There shouldn't be anything difficult there as they are just generic photography business terms, but if you have an issues please contact me to discuss.
